While the product of consulting is a certain recommendation, coaching is rather to develop the beneficiary's professional skills. Therefor the coach, who often is also a consultant, guides the coachee to find the solution oneself.

The use of coaching instead of consulting is recommended when it's expected that the beneficiary will face similar situations regular. And should become able to manage them autonomous.

A well coaching process includes the evaluation of current decisions. Alternative options will be compared during map exercises, as well.
